Having ideas is easy, having good ideas is more difficult; but constantly create good ideas for the company performance is a real challenge, in this case model development for foundry, moulds for plastic thermoforming, prototypes, gadgets and CAD/CAM mechanisation and turn them into successful products and services. This is called innovation.
General innovation has always been identified with technological innovation, forgetting that there are other kinds of organisation and commercial knowledge that are also important innovation sources.
Investigation, technology and problem solving are the three basic axes of the innovative process. We have to add that we are talking about a creative process, and, so human. Machines don’t innovate, only help. This human part of innovation, applied to needs of moulds creation for foundry, prototypes, and CAD/CAM mechanisation, is what we have tried to cultivate through the years.
Finally, innovation will be that which will distinguish us from other and will make us be better, if we want to.
