In modelling field, Tecnologies Euromodels, S.L has a section of manufacturing of models for foundry of different materials, like wood, epoxide resins, expanded polystyrene, metals (aluminium, steel…) etc., having the suitable technical and human capacity needed to attend the development and manufacture of models, for industrial sectors, as for example:
- Automobile industry sector (brake tweezers, drums…)
- Water sector (pumps, boosters and several accessories)
- Textile sector (several pieces)
- Furniture Sector (streetlamps, fountains, benches, etc.)
- Machine construction sector (mounting supports, pulleys, lids, etc.)
- Nautical sector (propellers, multi-component glass fibre moulds, different accessories)
- Railway sector (wheels, track staples, different accessories)
- Agricultural sector (spare parts of agricultural machines and different accessories)
- Electrical sector ( different boxes, spotlights and different accessories)
Depending on the features of the foundry models to make, its process is decided, that can be through the technical office, using CAD/CAM techniques, and then mechanising it by CNC and the operator makes the suitable finishing, or modeller operator builds it manually and finishes it.
